How to donate

There are many ways in which you can make a donation to Safeline.

Give online

Set up a monthly payment

Set up a monthly payment online to Safeline from your debit or credit card via BT MyDonate. You decide how much you want to give. There’s no contract and you cancel whenever it becomes inconvenient for you to keep donating. If you are a UK taxpayer, BT MyDonate will reclaim the tax paid (under the Gift Aid scheme), making your donation worth 25% more at no extra cost to you.

If you’d like to set up a monthly Standing Order donation using online banking, our sort code is 08-92-99 and our account number is 65500875. Please drop us a line (fundraising@safeline.org.uk) if you do this, so we know which lovely person is sending us monthly donations. If you’re a UK taxpayer, please print out and complete the Gift Aid Declaration and post it back to us too.

Monthly donations are crucial to Safeline as they provide sustainable income which helps us to plan and develop future activities. Small amounts really mount up and can make a big difference.

Leave a gift in your will

After taking care of family and friends, why not leave a gift in your will to Safeline? Donating through your will means that you will be helping and supporting sexual abuse survivors for years to come.  If you want to support Safeline in this way, we recommend that you speak to your solicitor about making or changing a will.

Corporate support

Do you run, work for or know a company who sponsor chosen charities? They may be able to support a specific Safeline project, make a donation in kind, or match whatever you raise for us – you may even be able to persuade your company to hold a charity day.

To discuss this please contact us on 01926 402 498 or email: office@safeline.org.uk.

Giving through your salary or pension

Ask your employer or personal pension provider whether they are registered with a payroll giving agency and, if not, persuade them to sign up!

You can donate to Safeline straight from your wages or pension, before tax is deducted from your income. Some employers will also match your donation.
